Client engaged us to do their first online programmatic campaign with the primary objectives of boosting ecommerce sales transactions and new customer sign ups to their portal. Additionally enhancing the visibility and awareness of online grocery shopping in Jamaica through Hi-Lo Online https://hilofoodstoresja.com

We offered a $1500 e-Voucher on Hi-Lo Online which consumers could obtain from our promo specific site https://hilo.win by simply leaving their contact information. Consumers claim e-Voucher to sign up or log in on Grace Kennedy Value Rewards platform to validate the coupons and were then led to for Hi-Lo Online Store purchase redemption.

We targeted and curated an audience using our programmatic media capabilities; addressable geo-fencing around 20 competitor and locations in Kingston (Sovereign Supermarket, Mega Mart, UWI, UTECH etc.) and Portmore (MasterMac, Shoppers Fair etc.), site retargeting consumers that visited https://hilo.win and https://hilofoodstoresja.com and Connected TV (streaming TV) to build the target group

In the first month of the campaign, we had 26,535 natural who were daily unique users seen in the target fences of our campaign of which 8,673 of 33% were campaign users unique users who were seen in the target fences of our campaign and served an ad. This drove 2,644 people to https://hilo.win which led to 291 attempts to claim an e-voucher and 150 being claimed.
